Our Story

Jordan Creek Farm is located in Oxford, NC. We provide Beefalo as breeding stock, and beef by half, quarter or whole animals processed and packaged at a USDA slaughter and animal welfare approved facility.

In addition to Beefalo, we offer “Buddy’s Best” hot sauce. An all natural, “Carolina Reaper” based sauce made exclusively at Jordan Creek Farm with most ingredients grown naturally on the farm. We offer pepper packages as well in season.
